Howell High School
My second and only other senior session for the class of 2016 was my brother Andy. In typical guy/younger brother fashion, he wasn't too into sitting in front of the camera for me, which worked out, as this ended up being one of the hottest days of the summer, and thus, a very short session. And I do give him props for being in jeans and a long sleeve, considering I had just come out of the lake and had my wet hair piled in a bun on top of my head. I'm really glad nobody takes pictures of me taking pictures.
I'm kind of unsure if these make me feel sentimental or not. Because yes, this is my first youngest sibling and he's graduating and growing up and all that. But he's also one of the family members that I get along the best with, and he's moving up north next year, and as much as I may hate to publicly admit it, I'm actually really excited to have him around. And I know he's pumped to be graduating as well, although it may be more due to the fact that he's done with high school and moving out and closer to his friends, and not because that means he'll be closer to his favorite older sister. But we can pretend.
In other news...
If there's any seniors for the class of 2017 that are looking for a photographer, or families that are hoping to have family pictures done, I would love to work with you!
I've kept most of my July, August, and September free of weddings, in hopes that I can schedule more senior and family sessions before I get busy with school in the fall. Last summer, I had a lot of weddings toward the end, and I ended up turning down quite a few family sessions, only to realize that I REALLY miss those! I'm planning on being in the UP for the summer, so if you're up there and want pictures, let me know! And if I get a few requests for pictures in the Howell area, I can try plan a trip down!
If you're interested, in either a senior or family session, feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or message me from the contact page, and we'll see if we can set something up!
